• Orders are officially confirmed once payment is verified or a Cash on Delivery (COD) request is received.

• Standard delivery for all items generally takes 3–7 working days across Pakistan.
• Khaas Trends is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier logistics or extreme weather.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Items from our Winter Collection or Stitched categories must be returned unused and in original packaging. Please consult our full Return & Exchange Policy for specific timeframes and eligibility.
