Returns & Exchange Policy

We value your trust and strive to make your shopping experience for our collection smooth and reliable. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns but we offer exchange under specifc conditions on our items once delivered. Please double-check your measurements against our size chart before ordering. Alternatively, you can send us your measurements, and we will gladly measure the specific outfit for you to ensure a perfect fit!". Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Duration & Validity

  • Our exchange policy lasts 24 hours from the time your order is delivered.
  • After 24 hours of delivery, we cannot offer an  exchange (except in cases where the product is faulty or not as described).

2. Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange of our items, it should meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Must be returned in original packaging.
  • Hygiene Note: We want every customer to receive a brand-new, untouched piece!
  • Items stained, soiled, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.

3. Process for Return / Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate your request for any items:

  • Submit a request via email info.khaastrends@gmail.com.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product issues.
  • Our team will review and confirm your eligibility within 48 hours.

4. Shipping & Fees

If the brand is at fault (wrong/defective item), we handle all exchange costs. For customer-initiated exchanges (size/color preference):

  • A logistics fee of AED 26 applies.
  • The fee is collected via COD upon delivery of the replacement.
