Returns & Exchange Policy
We value your trust and strive to make your shopping experience for our Bags and Dupatta / Scarf collections smooth and reliable. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Duration & Validity
- Our returns and exchange policy lasts 3 days from the date your order is delivered.
- If 3 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange (except in cases where the product is faulty or not as described).
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange on items like Trousers or Stitched Suits, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Must be returned in original packaging.
- Hygiene Note: Due to hygiene reasons, specific accessories and intimate wear items are not exchangeable or returnable.
- Items stained, soiled, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
3. Process for Return / Exchange
Follow these steps to initiate your request for any Winter Collection or Bag items:
- Submit a request via the Dispute Form or email info.khaastrends@gmail.com.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product issues.
- Our team will review and confirm your eligibility within 48 hours.
4. Shipping & Fees
If the brand is at fault (wrong/defective item), we handle all exchange costs. For customer-initiated exchanges (size/color preference):
- A logistics fee of AED 45 applies.
- The fee is collected via COD upon delivery of the replacement.
